‘Schiphol fear’ is no reason for free cancellation: ‘Give us time to sort things out’

Holidaymakers who want to avoid the possible chaos at Schiphol due to staff shortages in advance and cancel their trip cannot do this free of charge. Travel industry association ANVR explains that ‘however annoying’ the problems at the airport are not a valid reason for this.
