dr Angiolini already operates two successful clinics on his home island of Sardinia, and has others in Milan, Turin and Rome. He is optimistic that the permitting process for Spain will be completed in a month or two.
Originally, “Dr. Love” specializes in orthopaedics, and has now completely dedicated himself to cosmetic surgery. He explains, “I do all types of treatments, basically focusing more on ‘full face treatments’ where the emphasis is on the naturalness of the patient’s face. But “Dr. Love” does not fulfill every wish: “I reject everything that changes people’s faces too much or that seems too unreal to me. I will not do such treatments, aesthetics are very important to me.”
Some requests irritate even the professional doc: “I have turned away many patients because I don’t like it when patients come with photos of models, actors or worse with photos that were taken with a filter, it’s very dangerous! “

Angiolini openly to BILD: “I try to take care of myself, do a lot of sports and sometimes I inject myself with a little Botox. But not to change my face but to relax my face because my life is very hectic. A little botox removes a few imperfections. Sometimes I also do a cleanse, which cleans the face a bit after the summer when you get a lot of sun. This treatment makes you look better and more radiant.”
And what does he think of his nickname “Dr. Love”? “The nickname ‘Dr. I only have Love’ in Germany,” says the beauty doc. “In fact, I have many followers from Germany. They often write me questions in German that I have to translate.” He already speaks three languages: Italian, English and Spanish. But: “I would like to start learning German this year,” says Angiolini.
