In Andhra Pradesh, a village secretariat was locked by the owner of the building. The landlord has locked it for non-payment of rent for 10 months. District Lingapalem mandal is situated in Annapanenivarigudem. The owner locked the secretariat on Monday after not paying the house rent for 10 months. As a result, the secretariat office staff had to sit outside. Annapanenivarigudem Panchayat was newly formed. With this, the village was approved for this panchayat. As a result, this secretariat was previously held in a school, but after the opening of the school, it was shifted to a rented house. However, due to non-payment of rent for the last 10 months, the landlord demanded rent. As a result, the village sarpanch Ravindra Babu took the initiative and spoke to the owner of the house at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. After asking for four days to pay the rent, the village head agreed. Finally the secretariat was opened in the evening. Many people say that the employees are facing difficulties due to the non-completion of the secretariat buildings and the non-payment of rent on time for the rented buildings.
