Secunderabad: Demolition work of Deccan Mall building, which recently suffered a fire, has started in Ramgopal Peta, Secunderabad. They are demolishing it with the help of heavy machinery from 11 pm on Thursday. A fire broke out again in Deccan Mall on Thursday night. The fire personnel reached the spot and brought the fire under control with the help of fire engines. Recently, it took four days to bring the fire at Deccan Mall under control. When the fire broke out once again during the demolition, the officials were alerted and brought the situation under control and the locals breathed a sigh of relief.

The hydra took place when the demolition of the building began on Thursday. While GHMC invited tenders to demolish the building, a construction company called SK Mallu got the job for Rs.25.94 lakhs. The company took the compressor machine to the building with a heavy crane on Thursday morning and started the demolition work. When the company said that they will demolish the building by holding it with a crane, the officials did not agree.

On Thursday evening, the contract was canceled and the GHMC officials awarded a tender to Malik Traders for Rs.33 lakh. With this, Malik Traders brought a long JCB and started the demolition work from 11 pm. The authorities ordered to demolish the building without causing any trouble to the Basti residents and local people. It is suggested to demolish without making dust, dirt and loud noises. Ordered to demolish all 5 floors as well as cellar. After the demolition, the authorities ordered to move the debris to another area.

The skeleton of one of the three lost in the fire was found, but the other two were not found. After searching for a week, the authorities could not find the remains of the two. Even though the Clues team came and checked, they did not find the remains of the two. Even though they were not found, the authorities started a search operation. As the building was on fire for four days, cracks appeared due to the high heat. A team of experts warned that the building should be demolished immediately. It warned that if it is not demolished, it is a danger and may collapse anytime.

But as the missing persons were not found, the authorities took up the demolition work late. Officials say that it may take two or three days to demolish the building and move the debris to another area. He said that steps are being taken to demolish the local people without any problems.
