Secunderabad-Tirupati (train number 07489) will be available on 27th of this month. It will leave Secunderabad at 7 pm on that day and reach Tirupati at 7.50 am the next day. And Tirupati-Secunderabad (train number 07490) will run on 28th of this month. It will leave Tirupati at 8.25 pm that day and reach Secunderabad at 8.30 am the next day. South Central Railway said that these two special trains will be diverted in view of the rush of passengers.
The South Central Railway has clarified that these trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikudi, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Tenali, Bapatla, Cheerala, Ongole, Nellore, Guduru and Renigunta stations. These special trains will have 1AC, AC II tier, AC III tier, sleeper and second class general coaches. The traffic between Secunderabad and Tirupati is heavy. A large number of devotees visit Tirumala Srivari. A large number of devotees visit Tirupati from Hyderabad. Due to this, trains are not available to reduce the rush of devotees. For this reason South Central Railway runs special trains from time to time between Secunderabad-Tirupati. All the trains plying on this route are jammed with devotees going to visit Tirumala.
As the passenger traffic is high on this route, there are reports that the Vande Bharat train will also be made available soon. There is talk that three hundred more Bharat trains will be announced for the Telugu states in the central budget this time. It is being spread that one of these three Vande Bharat trains will be diverted between Secunderabad and Tirupati. If Vande Bharat Express is made available between this route.. the journey will become easier for the devotees of Srivari. The travel time is further reduced and one can reach Tirupati in less time and have darshan. With this, it is said that there are possibilities to make the Vande Bharat train available between Secunderabad and Tirupati soon. It seems that the proposals of the Railway Department have already been prepared.
