The Board of Directors of Mobi Industries Company decided to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year 2023 AD, equivalent to 25% of the nominal value of the share.
The company said in a statement to “Tadawul Saudi Arabia” today, Tuesday, that the Board of Directors, in its meeting on Monday, August 28, 2023, decided to distribute cash dividends for the first half of this year, with a total of 12.5 million riyals, and the number of outstanding shares is 50 million shares, and the share per share is 0.25 riyals. .
She clarified that the eligibility for profits will be for the company’s shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 AD, and who are registered in the shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution date is September 17, 2023.
She indicated that the cash distributions to non-resident investors, which will be transferred to them, will be subject, when transferred or credited to their bank accounts, to withholding tax at a rate of (5%), in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of its implementing regulations.
