The goal of the Leaders of Russia competition for managers is to create opportunities for mentoring and continuing education. This was announced on Tuesday, December 28, by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergei Kiriyenko during a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the competition.
“We have never had a competition about appointments. He was always about opportunities. We were not supposed to automatically appoint the winners of the competition. It is rather a question of receiving additional training, feedback, mentoring, ”Kiriyenko noted.
Earlier that day, the Supervisory Board of the competition discussed the holding of the Superfinal in 2022, as well as summed up the results of the track finals and regional finals.
The main mission of the competition is “to create conditions for development, creativity, self-improvement,” said the first deputy head of the presidential administration.
The Leaders of Russia competition is the flagship project of the Russia – Land of Opportunities platform. On July 30, Russian leader Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with the general director of the ANO Russia – the Land of Opportunities, during which he highly appreciated the platform’s activities.
As the head of state recalled, the site was created in 2018 “to increase the social mobility of people, so that there are more opportunities to raise their level, to achieve certain life goals.”
