The governor waved to the SFI activists who had shown black flags sitting inside the car and then got out and approached the protestors angrily.
Later, he spoke to the media on the subject. I came out to see the SFIs standing on the road without doing anything. Don’t try to bully me. The Governor alleged that why are they running away from me and sending these people who are the Chief Minister and are aiming for physical harm.

The protesters hit the window of the vehicle. The governor said that those protesting are criminals. He also responded that there was a huge security breach. The Governor also asked if the protesters would come near the Chief Minister’s car.
He also criticized the police for ensuring adequate security. The police already knew about the protest. The Governor said that if it is an attempt to threaten, it will not be worth it. He asked that when there was a protest, all the policemen were sitting inside the car and when he got out of the car, he took the protestors into a jeep and took them away from there.
The Governor also criticized that Thiruvananthapuram was being run by gangsters. I don’t want a dirty scumbag. The constitutional system is broken. The Chief Minister may disagree with some of the things I do. The Governor asked whether the Chief Minister should carry out a conspiracy to attack him as a sport.
There were two protests against the governor at the university college and later at the general hospital premises. After this, the governor responded when there was another protest.

Opposition Leader VD Satheesan also came forward to condemn the attack on the Governor. VD Satheesan alleged that the attack on the Governor was with the knowledge of the Chief Minister. He said that the implementation was a political decision of the CPM.
