The handball team at the Sharjah Club qualified for the final match of the Asian Champions Club Championship, after its victory in overtime over Kazma Al Kuwaiti (28-27), after the original time ended in a draw (23-23), in the match that brought them together, yesterday, for the semi-finals. From the 27th edition of the tournament currently being held in the Qatari capital, Doha, and the curtain will fall on it tomorrow.
In the final match, Sharjah will meet the winner of the match between Al-Duhail of Qatar and Al-Khaleej of Saudi Arabia, and Sharjah paid the price of lack of defensive focus in the first half, which ended in favor of Kazma with a score of (11-14), before Sharjah was able to tie (23-23), before going to two halves.
