Shocking.. 3-month-old Child Infected With Pneumonia Was Hit 51 Times With An Iron Rod.. The Baby Died.

Even in these days when the field of medicine has made great progress, people in some parts of the country resort to natu medicine and take their own lives. Recently, a three-month-old child suffering from pneumonia was shot with an iron rod and a brutal incident came to light. The child died because she couldn’t bear it after 51 times on her stomach. The most tragic incident took place in Shadol district of Madhya Pradesh. This incident in a remote tribal area is shocking everyone. The child fell seriously ill due to stomach ulcers and was admitted to the hospital. She fought with death for 15 days and passed away in the hospital.

The child’s body was buried by the family members. After the officials came to know about this matter, the postmortem will be conducted on Saturday. Shadol District Collector Vandana Vaidh said, “Women and child development officials went to the hospital. This shocking incident took place less than 15 days ago. They found that the baby’s condition had deteriorated due to lack of treatment for pneumonia.”

The Collector said that the local Anganwadi worker had requested the mother not to give the child a fortune with blind faith. Meanwhile, in most parts of tribal-dominated Madhya Pradesh, iron-rod shooting for pneumonia is common. Yuvajana Congress president, Dr Vikrant Bhuria, said, “Putting warts with sticks can lead to death. It is a way of reducing pain. But the problem is that it causes death rather than reducing infection.”

Madhya Pradesh BJP Spokesperson Dr. Hitesh Vajpayee said, “Such inhumane treatments are still prevalent. Medical officers should respond and take strict action.”
