The shooting took place on the campus of St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Police said they suspect the attacker shot himself and died. More people were reported injured in the shooting. The attack took place at 4.25 pm local time.

Tulsa Deputy Police Chief Jonathan Brooks also told the media that he thought the attacker had shot himself. He explained that five bodies had been recovered. But authorities have not yet released further details about the attacker.
Police arrived on the scene within minutes of receiving the information. The shooting took place on the second floor of the building. This is where the doctors’ offices come into play. Hospital staff and patients are thought to have been among those killed. Their details have not been released yet.

The assailant was killed but police are raiding every room. This is to ensure that there is no security threat. The injured have been shifted for treatment.
