Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Sunday, February 5, announced the completion of the reorganization of part of the former industrial zone of Bratsevo.
“The reorganization of a part of the former industrial zone Bratsevo has been completed. Abandoned in the 90s, the site has become a new point of attraction for the Golovinsky district, ”he wrote on the Telegram channel.
In particular, seven residential buildings were built. According to the mayor, six of them have already been occupied, the seventh has been put into operation.
In addition, a shopping gallery with service enterprises was opened. In addition, work has already been completed on the improvement of the Golovinsky Canal from the embankment. Over 1.5 thousand jobs were also created here and a technopark was opened.
Earlier, on February 3, it was reported that investors would build nine industrial complexes and technology parks in Moscow. Under a special city program, agreements have already been signed with investors in the amount of about 25 billion rubles for the construction of facilities in ZelAO, TiNAO, SAO and SWAD.
On February 1, Sobyanin announced that Moscow had decided to carry out a comprehensive development of a section of the former Yuzhnoye Ochakovo industrial zone. The site is located in the west of the city between Generala Dorokhov Avenue, the Moscow Ring Road and the Navershka River. Its area is 5.21 hectares. It is noted that in the course of the work, modern high-tech industries, as well as banks, offices and shops will be equipped.
