Annually, Social Security in the United States shares a calendar with all the dates when payments will be received during the next year. Reviewing this calendar is helpful because it shows us exactly when we will receive the money throughout 2024.

Every month we receive a Social Security payment, but it’s important to know exactly when it will be made so you can better manage it.

However, it is helpful to review each month’s payment dates separately, as sometimes discrepancies can occur in Social Security payments that could change these dates.

–June: 3, 12, 18 and 26.
–July: 1, 3, 10, 17 and 24.
–August: 1, 2, 14, 21, 28 and 30 (September ISS).
–September: 3, 11, 18 and 25.
–October: 1, 3, 9, 16 and 23.
–November: 1 (ISS and Group 1). 13, 20, 27 and 29 (December ISS).
–December: 3, 11, 18, 24 and 31 (SSI in January 2025).

It is important to note that some months will have 6 different payments, while in other months there will be 4 different payments.

Each month is different and if there is any irregularity, they will send you the money the previous business day.
