MADRID.- The Public Prosecutor of Spain presented this Friday at the National audience a complaint against Luis Rubialessuspended president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), who asks to investigate for the crimes of sexual assault and coercion in relation to the kiss he gave to the player Jennifer Hermoso after the World Cup final in Sydney.

RUBIALES INSISTS THAT IT WAS AGREED ON

After the soccer player formalized her complaint last Tuesday, the Prosecutor’s Office decided to take legal action, for which she has asked the judge that Rubiales appear in court to file a preliminary statement.
