Spirit Airlines announced that it has plans to hire more than 4,000 new members to its work team in 2023as the airline adds new aircraft and destinations to its growing network.
New hires will include pilots, flight attendants, aviation maintenance technicians and other support center functions.
The airline notes that is growing in new and existing citiesand that it has positions available at Spirit and with its trading partners at airport stations throughout the network.
Now that many companies are laying off talent, the airline will offer jobs with industry-specific travel benefits and advancement opportunities.

These new job opportunities follow the airline’s hiring trend in 2022, as thousands of new Spirit team members joined the growing company in the past year.
