Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa And his wife Shiranthi Rajapaksa arrived at Renigunta Airport from Colombo yesterday by private plane for a two-day trip. There, Rajapaksa was welcomed by Deputy Chief Minister Narayanasamy on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh government with a bouquet. College students were welcomed with Bharat Natyam and Kuchupudi dance. Chittoor District Collector Hari Narayan, Tirupati S.P. Venkata Appal Naidu and others were also present.
Following this, Rajapaksa went to Thirumalai in a car with great security. There, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Additional Executive Officer Dharma Reddy and Security Officer Gopinath Jetty welcomed him.
