Malappuram district is in the second position with 168 points. Won 13 gold, 22 silver and 20 bronze. Kozhikode district came third with 95 points. Won ten gold, seven silver and 12 bronze. Ernakulam secured the fourth position with 88 points and Thiruvananthapuram secured the fifth position with 59 points. Hosts Thrissur are in ninth position with 25 points.

Ideal E HSS Katakassery in Malappuram district topped the school level with 57 points. HSS of Ernakulam Kothamangalam Marbase secured 46 points and KHS Kumaramputhur of Palakkad district secured third position with 43 points.

2000 rupees were given to the first place winners in the competitions, 1500 rupees to the second place winners and 1250 rupees to the third place winners along with a certificate and a medal. Prize money of Rs 2,20,000, Rs 1,65,000 and Rs 1,10,000 was given to the districts which secured first, second and third positions in the competition. Children who are individual champions in each category were also awarded a 4 gram gold medal. Apart from this, a prize money of Rs.4000 each was given to the sportsmen who set the state record. Around fifty trophies were awarded to the winners, starting with the best school, first and second place.
