In the Lok Sabha elections, Om Prakash Rajbhar’s son Arvind Rajbhar got the ticket but he lost the election. Om Prakash Rajbhar’s son Arvind Rajbhar was the NDA candidate in Ghosi. He had to face defeat at the hands of SP’s Rajiv Rai. Rajbhar lost by 1.62 lakh votes. Interestingly, Lilavati Rajbhar of the Moolnivasi Samaj Party got 47 thousand 527 votes in the election.
Later, SBSP alleged that our votes got divided due to confusion over the election symbol. The election symbol of Lilavati’s party is a hockey stick which is similar to our party’s symbol stick. After this, SBSP decided to change the symbol to key. According to Om Prakash Rajbhar, his party was suffering losses in every election due to the stick election symbol. In view of this, it has now been decided that the key election symbol will become the party’s symbol.
