Substantial wage increase for security guards: more than 20 percent

Security guards will see their salary increase by more than 20 percent in the near future. For security guards working at Schiphol, the wages can even be 40 percent higher. This has been agreed in the collective agreement that the CNV trade union has concluded with the security sector, which employs 20,000 people. This is not a new collective labor agreement, but a collective labor agreement extension of nine months until 1 April 2024.
