A Subway worker shared on TikTok, where he goes by @subwayhos, the way roast chicken is prepared. used to make the chain’s sandwiches.
@subwayhos, who has 12,000 followers on TikTok, showed in the video how he uses a knife to poke a hole in the chicken package to drain a brine.
After removing the liquid, she opens the bag and places the large pieces of chicken on a scale where she shreds everything. Next, divide the shredded chicken into several small containers.
These small containers are placed in a larger container from which they are removed at the time of serving.
