(CNN) Jamie Komoroski, a suspect in the crash that claimed the life of a bride on her wedding day, had a blood alcohol level of three times the legal limit when her car crashed with a golf cart carrying them. the newlyweds, according to a toxicology report from the South Carolina Police Division.
The report, which the Folly Beach Police Department shared with CNN, found that 25-year-old Komoroski had a blood alcohol level of 0.261%. South Carolina law prohibits driving with a BAC equal to or greater than 0.08%.
