The woman, known as the ‘neighbor of 303’, occupied the property for years without paying any rent. When she left, the apartment was found in terrible condition and with signs of esoteric practices.
The recovery process was not easy for Susy Díaz, who documented the departure of the delinquent tenant on video. The images showed an alarming state of deterioration in the property, with broken doors, a nauseating smell and objects related to witchcraft. According to Díaz, this situation not only affected her property, but also her emotional well-being.
