However.. Smita Sabharwal got a sweet surprise. That’s not a big surprise.. The plant that was planted three years ago on a rainy day has turned into a tree today and has given fruits. As part of the Haritaharam program ambitiously undertaken by the Telangana government, ministers, MLAs, MLCs and government officials from the vicinity of CM KCR planted saplings. They didn’t just settle down.. boards were set up near those plants with the details of those who planted them.. they also took the responsibility of preserving them.
In this background.. three years ago, Smita Sabharwal.. the mango plant planted on a rainy day in Kolhapur, Nagar Kurnool district.. has now turned into a plant and has sprouted. Gardener Srinivas sent her the mango teeth cut from that tree yesterday. Seeing the fruits, Smita Sabharwal happily shared this with her followers on Twitter. Smita Sabharwal also attached the related photos to the tweet.
