The teenage girls who were arrested late last year in Toronto, Canada on suspicion of murdering an innocent man, were on the warpath that night. In the hours leading up to the fatal assault of an Asian immigrant, the very young suspects allegedly assaulted several people on public transport. The girls – the youngest is only 13 years old – had only just met.
