Telangana Liberation Days started at Secunderabad Parade Grounds. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Liberation Days by unfurling the national flag. Later he paid tributes to Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel’s statue. After that, the soldiers saluted. Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, BJP leaders MP Dr. K. Lakshman, MLA Raghunandan Rao, Vivek, Ramachandra Rao and others paid tribute to Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel’s statue in front of the Assembly. Speaking on this occasion, Venkaiah Naidu praised Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel for taking strong decisions for the unity of the country. Union Minister Kishan Reddy also paid homage to the statue of Sardhar Vallabhbhai. BJP president Bandi Sanjay hoisted the national flag at the BJP state office.
Bandi Sanjay said in a program held at the Telangana BJP office that CM KCR has been invited to the Telangana Liberation Day held at the Parade Grounds. He said that not holding Liberation Day is a shame to the people of Telangana. Bandi said that KCR has become a slave to Owaisi’s family. It is a shame to declare a holiday across the state today.
