The reason is the contractor’s dishonesty, said the Governor of the Amur Region Vasily Orlov. The project was to be built by a company from Kazan. The contract with her was terminated, the issue of including the organization in the list of unscrupulous is being resolved.
The new contractor is due to be selected in 2022. The object is planned to be commissioned in 2023. According to the governor, he keeps this issue under control.
