Bahraich. The terror of man-eating wolves in Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh is not coming to an end. Even on Tuesday, the Forest Department failed to catch the wolves. Meanwhile, the wolf is continuously attacking. On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has expressed displeasure over the wolf attacks and has made it clear that if they are not caught, then shoot them.
In 35 villages of Mahsi tehsil of the district, mothers are protecting their children by staying awake at night, while men are busy guarding. Now Forest Minister Arun Saxena himself is reaching Bahraich on Wednesday to monitor Operation Wolf. Minister in charge Sanjay Nishad will also be with him. After reaching Bahraich, both the ministers will review Operation Wolf.
DM-SP will be present along with forest officials in the review meeting of Operation Wolf. The work done so far to catch the man-eating wolf will be reviewed. On the other hand, special preparations have been made by the Forest Department (Forest Minister) in search of the man-eating wolf. Chief Wildlife Conservator of Gonda AP Sinha said that the areas affected by man-eating wolves have been divided into four sectors.
A team of experts has been deployed there, who are patrolling the area. There is an order to shoot the wolves, so they are deployed with Timrifle. AP Sinha said that these wolves are very clever. Before attacking, they do a recce and keep an eye on the children. Then they attack when they find an opportunity.
