Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir State Director of Police Dilbagh Singh told reporters in Jammu yesterday: Arif from Reazi district has been arrested in connection with the recent twin blasts in Jammu’s Narwal area.
He is a government school teacher and has been working with Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization. Arif has been acting according to the orders from Pakistan. Last May, four people were killed in a bomb blast on a bus of devotees going to the Vaishnavi Devi temple. 24 people were injured. Arif has admitted his role in various such attacks.
