Melbourne: I am concerned about the future of Test cricket, said Australian opener David Warner.
The awards ceremony for Australian cricketers was held yesterday. David Warner, who attended the event, said: What will happen in the next five to 10 years? I’m a little worried about where cricket is going. Test cricket
I am happy to see players who are interested in playing till. I think that pride is what matters most in your life. Playing Test cricket is a wonderful thing. Test matches are a good way to test your cricketing skills.
Those test matches will also create an opportunity to compare yourself with the cricketing greats. If we intend to play for the Australian team, we have to develop our skills accordingly. I was talking to Sydney Thunder teammate Davies recently. He is keen to play white ball cricket (ODI, T20). He doesn’t look like playing Test cricket at the moment. The number of people who have played only white ball cricket without playing Test matches is very less. Many people are interested in participating in T20 leagues around the world. Players who wish to play in T20 matches should also be prepared to participate in Test matches. Thus he spoke.
Don’t miss out!
