The analyst assessed the situation with the authorities in the United States after a photo of Biden with a cheat sheet

Researcher at the Center for Security Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Konstantin Blokhin called on Friday, June 24, an oversight and unpreparedness that US President Joe Biden accidentally turned over and showed everyone present a cheat sheet written by his employees.

“Biden not only doesn’t remember how to behave, he doesn’t remember the names of some of his family members. This once again demonstrates that he has nothing to do with the direct control of the United States. This is proof that the country is ruled by an irremovable bureaucracy, the nomenclature that has settled in the main sectors of the American state machine, ”the analyst expressed his opinion in an interview with RT.

The political scientist called Biden only a sign, and even then not the most successful one. Blokhin also expressed confidence that no one expected that he would run for two terms.

“His task is to create the basis for the victory of Kamala Harris, the current vice president. Her victory will depend on how effective the Biden presidency will be, and there is no smell of efficiency – the crisis, criticism, strategic miscalculations in many areas. I think that Biden himself is a symbol of the systemic crisis of the American superpower,” he concluded.

On the eve of Biden, at one of the events, he accidentally turned over and showed the public a card with detailed instructions for behavior prepared by his employees, according to the kp.ru website.

In particular, the head of the White House was ordered to “enter the Roosevelt Hall” and greet the meeting participants, and then “take your seat.” Biden was also recommended to limit the speech time to “two minutes,” the Zvezda TV channel clarifies. The snapshot of the cheat sheet was taken at a meeting of the American wind energy leader with governors, labor leaders and representatives of private companies.

At the same time, former White House employee Hannah Hankins told Fox News that this is the standard format used by politicians and government officials at public events. Former US leader Barack Obama used a similar format during his presidency, she said.

On June 18, Biden fell off his bike while trying to get close to journalists and people gathered in Gordons Pond National Park. The American leader later visited St. Edmond Church in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Reporters bombarded him with questions about his health. Instead of answers, he made three jumps forward and proceeded to the car.

Before that, in the suburbs of Seattle, the head of the White House visited Green River College. He made a speech, after which he waved his hand into the hall, turned around and extended his palms in a welcoming gesture into the void.

Earlier in April, Joe Biden ended his speech in Greensboro, North Carolina with a similar gesture. After blessing the listeners with the phrase “God bless you all,” he turned around and extended his hand to the void.

On June 15, it was reported that Biden’s public approval rating had been declining for the third week in a row, dropping to 39%. It was clarified that this figure is approaching the lowest value for the entire time of his tenure as president. According to the poll, more than half of US residents do not approve of Biden’s work. This opinion was shared by 56% of respondents.
