The Asian Football Confederation has approved the appointment of Emiratis: Noura Jamal and Ibrahim Al Mallahi, to officially become match observers, and to join the list of new observers who participate in monitoring Asian championship matches at the club and national team levels. With this continental accreditation, Noura Jamal becomes the first Emirati female observer in Asian stadiums. Ibrahim Al-Mellahi and Noura Jamal had participated in the “Seminar” for match observers organized by the Asian Confederation at its headquarters in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, last August, with the participation of a number of observers from the member national federations. The two successfully passed all the tests at the conclusion of the “Asian Seminar”, and obtained the award. Accreditation certificate for participation in Asian competitions.
