The Board of Directors of Anaam International Holding Group amended its recommendation regarding the capital increase, so that the value of the proposed increase becomes 236.25 million Saudi riyals.
The company told “Tadawul Saudi Arabia” today, Thursday, that the proposal to amend the amount of the increase came after studies conducted, and therefore the Board of Directors decided in its meeting today, May 18, to increase the amount to be obtained from 157.5 million riyals to 236.25 million riyals.
On October 4, the company’s board of directors recommended an increase in the company’s capital by issuing priority rights shares on October 4, 2022, to obtain a total amount of 157.5 riyals, with the aim of financing working capital, reducing lending rates, and supporting the company’s future activities.
The losses of the Anaam International Holding Group, “Anaam Holding”, increased in 2022 by 73.06%, to about 31.46 million riyals, compared to a net loss of 18.18 million riyals in 2021.
