Nikitin explained that the floors in the building were originally wooden. When communicating with the builders, it turned out that it was possible to reconstruct the object only through its complete demolition and further construction from scratch, writes 62INFO.ru.
“This building is included in the list of structures that shape the city’s appearance. And in any case, it should remain in the same form in which it was originally within the framework of architectural projects,” the deputy chairman noted.
The exact timing of the reconstruction will be known at the end of June 2022.
