Shankar Singh Vaghela opined that there is opposition across the country against the divisive governance and political policies being followed by Prime Minister Modi. He wrongly said that the central government, which was supposed to stand by Telangana after the partition, was acting against it. He called on the BJP, which incites regional and communal hatreds, to sing its final song in the upcoming elections.
“Your resistance to central policies has affected senior leaders like us. The nation has already recognized you as a leader who will not let go until you achieve what you want. It is a great thing in the history of the country to achieve Telangana, which was thought to be impossible, through the parliamentary political system in a peaceful manner at the expense of many hardships. Leading the achieved state from the front, they are leading it on the path of progress in no time. 75 years of independent India’s history is the only such great history in the country. BJP executes conspiracies to subjugate every opposition state in the country, not just you, through dictatorial tendencies. Time has come for you not to limit your experience to Telangana but to extend it to India,” Shankar Singh Vaghela urged KCR.
Vaghela said that in the current political situation, the Congress party is suffering from lack of leadership. That party will fail to unite all to face the BJP. They said that KCR’s leadership is very necessary in such a situation and they are all ready to work together under that leadership. Thanking Vaghela for the invitation, CM KCR assured that while leading Telangana as the Chief Minister, he will do his best to bring qualitative change in the country’s politics and governance.
