Marriage off with “Modern Family” actress Sofía Vergara (51)!
Like the celebrity portal Page Six reports that Vergara has split from her husband Joe Manganiello, 46. After seven years of marriage, the two divorced.
They were considered one of Hollywood’s dream couples: Sofía Vergara is a judge on “America’s Got Talent”, among other things, and Joe Manganiello was seen in “Magic Mike”.
In a statement, the couple said: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two very loving and caring people, we kindly ask that you respect our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase in our lives.”
She plays Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on Modern Family. In it, Vergara is the wife of Jay Pritchett and the mother of Manny Delgado and Joe Pritchett
Just a week ago, Vergara turned 51, celebrating her birthday with friends in the Italian sun – without a husband and without a wedding ring.
She even canceled the wedding for him
She finally seemed to have hit the jackpot: in 2014, the Colombian met her love Joe at a dinner when she was still engaged to businessman Nick Loeb (47). The wedding fell through, she and Manganiello (“Magic Mike”) were THE new Hollywood dream couple!
The couple liked to appear in love at award ceremonies
After only six months of relationship, they got engaged at Christmas 2014. A year later the wedding in Florida.
A source told Page Six: “Sofía and Joe have been growing apart for some time and are now taking some distance to contemplate their future.”
He congratulates, she ignores
The pair were last seen together in New Jersey in June. Sofía Vergara has now shared a series of sexy photos from her vacation in Italy.
There is no trace of separation pain with her – at least on Instagram. There were even birthday wishes from her ex. Joe Manganiello shared a photo together on his account and wrote in Spanish: “Happy birthday, Sofía!”
He did not get a like from the actress for it.
