If the justification is correct, the digitizing agent receives payment within a period of less than 60 days.

To speed up the entire process, the SME can request the subsidy without having to provide documentation. It is sufficient for the employer or self-employed worker to authorize Red.es to consult ex officio the requirements and obligations required to obtain beneficiary status. During the process, transparency and legal certainty are always guaranteed. This agility allows that, if a request is correct, it is granted within a period of 15 days.
Furthermore, to further facilitate the application process, Red.es has created the figure of the “voluntary representative” who may request aid on behalf of the SME or self-employed person as long as they are duly authorized.
