The delegation of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation arrived in the Iraqi province of Basra yesterday, headed by Jassim Sultan Al-Rumaihi, Secretary-General of the Federation, to inspect the readiness of the facilities and stadiums of Basra, which will host the “Gulf 25” championship. The delegation of the Arab Gulf Cup Federation was received by Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani, and Ahmed Al-Moussawi, a member of the Iraqi Football Association. The delegation is expected to hold meetings with officials of the Iraqi Football Association.
