President of the Russian Cynological Federation Vladimir Golubev told why small dogs tremble more often than large ones.
In an interview with Radio 1 on Friday, February 3, the specialist noted that small dogs are more prone to tremors due to their body structure, organization of the nervous system and metabolism.
In each case, according to Golubev, tremor can be triggered by various factors.
Among the possible reasons, the dog handler indicated cold, stress and overexcitation.
In addition, the dog may tremble to attract the attention of the owner. Also, tremor sometimes indicates health problems, writes RT.
On January 25, Golubev told RIAMO about the correct training of small dogs. According to him, small dogs need training just as much as large ones, otherwise they can become aggressive and naughty.
He noted that there is no difference in the principles of training a large and a small dog. He explained that any pet is methodologically trained in the same way, the 360 TV channel notes.
On the same day, in an interview with the city news agency Moskva, he listed the most “odorless” dog breeds. According to the dog handler, they include the Yorkshire Terrier, Shih Tzu, Chinese Crested, Papillon and Bichon Frise. He explained that in general, dogs of decorative breeds with a non-shedding coat are considered less “odorous”.
On January 12, Golubev advised not to force the dog to walk if it does not want to. The specialist noted that if the dog refuses to go outside, there may be reasons that are not immediately obvious to the owner of the pet. He advised to analyze his approach to raising a pet, as well as the situation in the house. If it was not possible to determine the cause, he urged to turn to specialists.
