The results of the draw for the ninth round and the president of the Dubai World Cup, whose total prize money is $ 12 million, and is held at a distance of 2000 sandy meters in the world-class “Group 1” category, smiled in part, in the face of the defending champion, “Gramer”, after the lottery placed his most prominent competitor. On the title of the 2023 edition, the Japanese horse “Panthalassa”, coming from victory in the “Saudi Cup” title last month in the 15th and final gate, especially since awarding the results of the lottery gates between 5 and 8 allows the horses to compete more easily in the race compared to the horses that the lottery placed in the side gates, Which increases in difficulty through the first and last starting gates (1 and 15).

The lottery was fair to the representatives of the Emirates, after it awarded the Emirati horse “Bandouq” to Muhammad Ahmed, the seventh gate, the best ever, while it was somewhat difficult for the second representative of the country, “Algers”, owned by Hamdan Al-Sabousi, in Gate 13.

As for the representatives of the Arabs, the representative of Kuwait, the horse “Remors”, came with the slogan “Al-Rashid Stables” in the first gate, compared to a relatively easier gate for the representative of Bahrain, “Salute the Soldier” with the slogan “Victoria Racing”, which starts from the fourth gate.

The representatives of Japan got the most luck from the results of the lottery, with the start of the Japan Cup champion for the current season, “Villa Azul”, from the fifth gate, followed by his compatriot “Two Keniz” from the sixth, and then from gates 8 and 9 for the representatives of Japan: “Yoshba Tesoro” and “Kavi Farrow”. Compared to two relatively difficult gates for the last representatives of Japan, “John Light Bolt” in the third gate, and “Crown Pride” from gate 13.
