A hearing is going on in the court regarding the execution of the husband in the case of killing the teacher. With this, the children have come with the need. The father and brother of the murdered woman have raised the same demand. But the defendant’s lawyer has come up with a different argument in the case. He told the court that the children were with the accused and execution of the death penalty would affect the children’s future life and their mental health.

He beat the young woman last September. The woman was a school teacher. They have four children. Then the woman lodged a complaint with the police. Then he went to work from there. The husband received a message from the police telling him to appear at the police station as part of the case proceedings.
In the evening, when the wife returned from school, the young man used to stab her with a knife. They were stabbed to death in the kitchen. He pleaded guilty in the case. He claims that he did not beat his wife. The father and brother of the youth were first examined by the court. They also stood firm on the demand that the young man should be punished. Later, the children were examined last day. The demand of the children is that his punishment should be carried out.
