Jada Shravankumar, a High Court lawyer and founder president of Jai Bheem Bharat Party, complained that Chief Minister Jagan’s announcement that Visakha will be the capital should be taken suo moto as contempt of court, while the issue of the capital is under judicial jurisdiction. Along with the CM, Ministers Botsa Satyanarayana, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Gudivada Amarnath and TTD Chairman YV Subbareddy have been asked by the Attorney General of the Supreme Court to take action.
Shravan Kumar refuted the comments made by the CM in Delhi that the capital will be shifted to Visakhapatnam. He objected that Jaganmohan Reddy saying that Visakhapatnam is going to be the capital is interfering with the legal process. A complaint was filed against the CM with the Attorney General as well as the Registrar of the Supreme Court. He said that if he does not respond to these, he will approach the Supreme Court. It remains to be seen how the Attorney General will respond to this complaint.
Jagan made remarks in Delhi that Visakhapatnam is going to be the capital soon. He said that he will also shift there.. Soon there will be governance affairs from Visakha. All are invited to the Global Summit to be held at Visakhapatnam on March 3 and 4. Ministers also responded after the CM’s remarks. Soon the rule will start from Visakha. However, the opposition parties are questioning how the CM and Ministers will make a statement on the matter that is under the purview of the court.
