In the Markha microdistrict in Yakutsk, two people died as a result of a fire in a residential private house. A procedural check has been organized, according to the Investigative Committee of the ICR for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
The fire occurred early in the morning on February 2 in a private house on Pilotov Street. During the analysis of the rubble, the bodies of two people were found, their identities are now being established, writes IA SakhaNews.
“Employees of the investigative group left for the scene of the incident, who conducted an inspection of the scene, interviews and other urgent verification activities,” the IC said in a statement.
The cause of the fire is being established, the necessary forensic investigations have been ordered, the news agency YakutiaMedia clarifies. Based on the results of the audit, a decision will be made to initiate a criminal case.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the area of the fire was 30 square meters. m. 19 people and six pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing.
