The Dubai Silver Cup competitions will start at two in the afternoon, the first in the Dubai Gold Cup series, which will continue until the fourth of next February, at the Al Habtoor Polo and Equestrian Club and Resort in Dubailand, with the participation of five teams and the “Handicap 20 Joule” for the first time, which is the highest classification in the region so far.
For his part, President of the Polo Federation, Mohammed Al Habtoor, expressed his happiness with the achievements of the Dubai Gold Cup series with its five tournaments in general and the Silver Cup in particular, stressing that what polo has achieved in recent years is a source of pride for the polo family and all its fans and practitioners.
Al Habtoor expressed his hope that the participating teams would present a distinguished level that reflects the level the game has reached in the region and the world, thanking the Dubai Sports Council for its continuous support and close follow-up of the club’s activities, as well as the sponsoring companies and the media.
