The appearance of cellulite on the skin, or the so-called “orange peel” effect, is provoked by coffee, soy sauce and some other products. On February 1, nutritionist Alena Dobrovolskaya told about this.
First of all, according to the expert, in order to avoid this unpleasant cosmetic effect, fast food, chips, crackers and other snacks (snacks) should be excluded from the diet.
“Reduce your consumption of wheat flour products, from baked goods to pasta, as well as sugar and salt. Give up mayonnaise and do not abuse soy sauce, ”quotes Dobrovolskaya Gazeta.Ru.
The nutritionist also noted that the consumption of sugary carbonated drinks and store juices also contributes to the formation of cellulite.
“Also keep your coffee intake under control, and any caffeinated drinks in general. The same goes for alcohol,” she said.
At the same time, one revision of nutrition to combat tubercles on the body is not enough. Dobrovolskaya recommended getting rid of them in a complex – normalizing sleep, exercising regularly, observing a drinking regimen and minimizing stress.
Earlier, on January 22, endocrinologist, nutritionist Natalya Lazurenko noted that drinking sugary drinks and soda at night can lead to fluid retention in the body and swelling. You should not, according to the doctor, also drink coffee and green tea at night, as they reduce the level of dopamine and other hormones responsible for calmness. Also, people with overweight, gastritis and diabetes do not need to drink juice at night, as they accelerate the production of insulin.
Earlier, on November 15, 2022, Olga Andriyanova, a cosmetologist, dermatologist, deputy chief physician at the SM-Cosmetology clinic, told Izvestia what problems poor skin condition may indicate. As the specialist noted, the skin of the face and the skin of the body reflect the internal state of the body. Often, various changes in the body can be the causes of pigmentation, the appearance of which especially depends on the biliary system, the content of various trace elements and the condition of the liver.
