The UAE Professional League held a coordination meeting for the UAE Super Cup match, which will bring together Al Ain and Sharjah teams on February 25, at Al Maktoum Stadium, as part of the preparatory plan.
The meeting, at Al Maktoum Stadium, was attended by representatives of Dubai Police and representatives of Al Nasr Club.
And the association said in a statement yesterday: “During the meeting, the importance of concerted efforts was emphasized, in order to provide an integrated and smooth experience for the fans, as they are the main focus in this event, which will bring together my team; Al Ain is the champion of the ADNOC Professional League last season, and Sharjah is the holder of the President’s Cup title, where preparations related to security and safety were reviewed in terms of gates, entry and exit paths, facilities and crowd services that will be provided according to the highest standards and in the best ways, to make the tournament more than just a match. But more like a community football celebration.
