Revenues for the second quarter of 2023 increased by 13.1% compared to the same period in the previous year, to reach 517 million dirhams, thanks to an increase of 13.8% in revenues from fees for using the traffic toll system.
During the first half of 2023, revenues increased by 9.7% compared to the same period of the previous year, to exceed 1.0 billion dirhams, mainly resulting from a growth in fees for using the traffic toll system by 10.7%.
The Salik Board of Directors approved the distribution of profits of 548 million dirhams for the first half of 2023 (7.3 fils per share), which represents the entire net profit of the company for the first half of 2023, after obtaining an authorization from the shareholders during the general assembly meeting held in April 2023 for the Board of Directors to decide on the dividend covering the results of the first half of each year.
