The Valencian technology group Nunsys continues its purchasing career despite once again postponing its release to the markets. The company has just completed the purchase of another Valencian firm, engineering spherewhich brings him a business of 15 million and allows him to expand his sectoral portfolio of clients.
According to the company, this strategic acquisition will allow Nunsys, through the Nunsys+Sothis Group, to strengthen its process team, with extensive expertise in it food industryand integrate complementary solutions in the field pharmaceutical and chemical-cosmetic.
Sphere Engineering has a team of more than 60 professionals highly trained and an experience of more than two decades with projects in more than fifteen countries. According to Nunsys, “it has demonstrated solid business performance with a turnover of around 15 million euros per year.”
The integration strengthens Nunsys’ industrial business unit, “with a growth projection in this area of at least double digits in the coming years.” Likewise, the operation will mean incorporating a diversified portfolio of leading clients in their fields of activity such as Leche Celta, Biológica Nature, Quimi Romar, Forenqui, ADL, Kimitec or Cosmewax, which will reinforce Nunsys’ positioning.
The company that Paco Gavilán directs thus maintains her shopping run to gain size and become a major player in the sector in the Spanish market, despite having once again postponed its departure from BME Growth, which it announced a year ago due to the market situation.
