The third loss for the “White Basketball” in the “International Unity”

The national basketball team suffered its third consecutive defeat in the Unity International Championship, after the “White” team lost to Kuwait SC with difficulty by eight points, with a score of (82-90), in a match that brought them together today, Sunday, at the conclusion of the group stage of the championship currently being held at the “Mubadala Arena” Hall in Abu Dhabi, and extends until September 25.
The victory gave the Kuwaiti team Al-Kuwait the qualification to the semi-finals as the second team in its second group behind the leader Al-Ittihad Alexandria, while the national team suffered its third loss after stumbling in the first and second rounds against both Al-Ittihad Alexandria and Al-Karkh Iraq with scores of (86-106) and (88-106) respectively.
Kuwait succeeded in ending the first quarter with a four-point lead, with a score of (25-21), before it was able to increase the difference to six points at the end of the first half, with a score of (48-42).
The team regained its energy with the start of the second half, and succeeded in achieving a tie at the end of the third period with a score of (63-63), but the haste of the “White” players in ending the attacks gave the Kuwaiti team the opportunity again to move away from the difference and decide the match in its favor at the end of the fourth and final period with a score of (90-82).
