Architectural jewel with a modernist past
Almost seven million euros must be paid to become the owner of this farm located in Castellar del Vallès, about 38 kilometers from Barcelona. In 1912 it was reformed in a clearly modernist style by the architect Juli Batllevell, a disciple of Gaudí. His work focused on the reform of the main façade and on the ground floor of the interior of the farmhouse to highlight the symmetry of the elements that compose it.

Mansion in Asturian Havana
Malleza is called Little Asturian Havana because of the brightly colored houses, with impressive galleries and well-kept gardens and for being the summer resort of the Indian bourgeoisie during the early 20th century. This is how this manor house from the 19th century is, emblazoned with a glass gallery and included in the Asturias Cultural Heritage inventory.
