The unified support center for participants in a special military operation (SVO) and their families processed 3,500 requests in the first weeks after opening. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his Telegram channel on Monday, March 13.
“The center accepts appeals not only from those mobilized and their relatives, but also from volunteers, contractors, civilian specialists and volunteers who provide assistance in the NVO zone,” the Moscow city news agency quotes the mayor.
According to Sobyanin, the center pays great attention to providing psychological assistance to children and adults, writes RIAMO. People also come for legal advice and city services.
“They are actively interested in passing professional retraining programs, asking for help in finding a job, and much more,” Sobyanin added.
He stressed that the specialists of the center consider each appeal individually. “Many can be completed on the same day. But if more time is needed for a decision, personal coordinators remain in touch with the participants of the NWO and their relatives, ”said Sobyanin.
The center can be contacted by both mobilized Muscovites or their relatives, and volunteers, volunteers who provide assistance in the area of the SVO, NSN reports.
